Due to the impact COVID-19 is having on our carriers, there may be some delays in delivery. While we are doing our best to work with our partners to ensure that this does not happen, we are unable to guarantee all shipments will be delivered on time. Please note, the issues causing the delays are with our carriers. Your orders are our highest priority, and we are committed to getting them out the door as quickly as we always have.

RETURN POLICY

Vacmaster offers hassle-free returns on items purchased directly from Vacmaster.com:

  • Vacmaster guarantees all unused merchandise for 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply email Vacmaster at info@cleva-na.com to initiate the return process.
     
  • All products returned to Vacmaster for a refund or exchange must include proof of purchase.

  • Our Customer Service Rep will provide a FedEx Ground pre-paid label to return the product to us. Any FedEx drop-off location will accept your return package.

  • Vacmaster does not refund shipping fees on returns or exchanges. Your refund will include the price of the returned product plus taxes, less any paid original and return shipping fees.

  • All returned packages will be analyzed by our returns department for condition and contents. If the product is used or if there are missing parts, your refund will be less a variable restocking fee based on the condition.      
  • Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.

Vacmaster products purchased through other authorized retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Shipping POLICY

  • Orders usually takes 1-2 business days to process before they ship. Holidays may add an additional 1-2 business days to processing time.

  • Vacmaster can ship to anywhere in the continental U.S. and Hawaii. If your shipping address is in any off-shore U.S. territories, please call (866) 384-8432 to place your order over the phone.

  • Currently, Vacmaster.com does not ship to Canada. Canadian customers should call (866) 384-8432 to place orders for replacement parts over the phone.

  • Please review your shipping information for accuracy. Shipping fees are not refunded when product is returned undeliverable.

Vacmaster does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address only.

Our products are shipped FedEx/USPS SmartPost, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground, and will ship within 2 business days after the order is placed. After the order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary based on the shipping method and your shipping address. Please be aware that delivery times shown below should be considered estimates only. Expect longer times for shipping outside the contiguous 48 states.

FedEx/USPS SmartPost (Delivery time: 5-7 business days)
1. Your order will ship from our warehouse in Simpsonville, SC via FedEx.
2. FedEx will deliver your order to your local U.S. Post Office.
3. The U.S. Postal Service will deliver your order to your shipping address.

FedEx Home Delivery (Delivery time: 2-7 business days)
1. Your order will ship from our warehouse in Simpsonville, SC via FedEx.
2. FedEx will deliver your order to your shipping address.

FedEx Ground (Delivery time: 1-5 business days)
1. Your order will ship from our warehouse in Simpsonville, SC via FedEx.
2. FedEx will deliver your order to your shipping address.
